Please read these terms in full before ordering. By placing an order you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to them in their entirety.

Critical legal disclaimer — research use only

All products sold are strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and educational purposes only.

By purchasing, you legally certify that you are: 21+ years of age; a qualified researcher or research institution; using products solely for controlled laboratory research; and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Misuse of these research materials may violate the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and other regulations. The buyer assumes all liability for proper handling, storage, and lawful use. We make no medical claims and provide no medical advice.

Product quality & testing

All Red Helix Research products undergo rigorous third-party laboratory testing. Each product includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA) documenting purity, identity, and composition, performed by independent accredited laboratories. COAs are available to download and verify on our certificates page.

Shipping & delivery

We ship within the United States only; international orders are not currently available. Standard single-vial orders are prepared within 24–48 hours and typically arrive within 3–5 business days with tracked delivery. Shipping is a flat $15 applied at checkout. Kit orders (10-vial wholesale bundles) are fulfilled through a separate wholesale channel — they may take up to 36 hours to process, ship separately under their own tracking number, and may arrive at a different time. Kit vials arrive unlabeled (standard wholesale practice); identify them by matching the batch number on the kit box, or the colored vial caps, to the corresponding COA. All packages are plain, unmarked, and discreet. A cracked or crumbled lyophilized powder puck is normal transit behavior, not damage — the compound is fully intact; proceed with your normal reconstitution.

Returns, refunds & exchanges — all sales final

All sales are final. No returns, no refunds, no exchanges. Research peptides are sensitive biological compounds; once shipped we cannot verify storage conditions or product integrity if returned, so we cannot accept items back. The only exception is an order confirmed lost or physically damaged in transit by the carrier: contact us at jake@redhelixresearch.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) with clear photos and your order number, and retain all packaging so we can file a carrier claim. If approved, we may issue a replacement of the same item at our discretion — this does not guarantee a refund. A broken lyophilized puck is not damage. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and collections; please contact us to resolve any payment issue before filing a dispute.

Payments & disputes

We accept cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and USDC), Zelle, and credit/debit card via Square. Choose your method at checkout. For crypto and Zelle you'll receive payment instructions by email and your order is prepared once payment is confirmed; card payments are processed instantly and a small card-processing fee applies. Charges and correspondence appear under a generic business name. For any billing question, email jake@redhelixresearch.com before opening a dispute so we can resolve it directly.

Privacy & data protection

We protect customer privacy and comply with applicable data-protection regulations. Personal information is used only for order fulfillment and customer support, is encrypted and securely stored, and is never shared with third parties without consent. To request deletion of your data, email privacy@redhelixresearch.com; we respond within 30 days, subject to records we are legally required to retain.

Age verification

Red Helix Research requires age verification (21+) for all customers — a legal requirement for research- chemical vendors. Verification is performed via a cookie-based gate that respects your privacy while ensuring regulatory compliance. By purchasing, you confirm you are 21 or older.

Comprehensive liability waiver & legal agreement

By purchasing, you: assume all risks associated with research chemicals; confirm products are for in-vitro laboratory research only; agree that Red Helix Research is not liable for any damages, injury, or legal consequences arising from misuse, improper handling, or non-research application; agree to indemnify and hold Red Helix Research harmless; accept that products are sold as-is without warranties; and accept responsibility for lawful storage, compliance, and disposal in your jurisdiction. This waiver survives any termination of purchase and constitutes a binding legal agreement.
