All Red Helix peptides are ≥98% pure as verified by third-party HPLC analysis. Each batch includes a complete Certificate of Analysis with detailed purity, molecular weight, and identity verification.
Every batch undergoes HPLC purity analysis, mass-spectrometry verification, identity confirmation, and sterility testing. All results are published in our COAs.
Strength indicates the total amount of active peptide per vial — e.g. BPC-157 5mg means 5 milligrams of lyophilized peptide. Higher-strength vials yield a higher concentration when reconstituted with the same solvent volume, useful for protocols requiring specific molar concentrations.
Standard single-vial orders are prepared within 24–48 hours and ship within 2–5 business days. Kit orders (10-vial wholesale bundles) may take up to 36 hours before they ship, as kits are fulfilled through our wholesale channel. You'll receive tracking by email once shipped; kit orders have a separate tracking number from single-vial items.
Kit orders are our 10-vial wholesale bundles — we source in bulk and pass the savings to researchers. Because they're wholesale items, kit vials arrive unlabeled (standard practice). To identify them, match the batch number printed on the kit's outer box, or the colored vial caps, to the corresponding Certificate of Analysis on our COA page. Kit orders ship separately and may arrive at a different time.
We ship within the USA only; international orders are not currently available. All packages are discreetly packaged with no identifying marks.
We favour transparency and fair margins over inflated markups. By optimizing our supply chain and distributing direct to researchers, we keep pricing accessible while maintaining verified quality and honest practices.
Mix the lyophilized powder with bacteriostatic water in a sterile vial. Use our reconstitution calculator for precise concentration calculations, and follow proper sterile technique to prevent contamination. All reconstitution is for in-vitro research purposes only.
No — a broken or crumbled puck is 100% normal and does not affect integrity, potency, or usability. Freeze-dried peptide cakes are fragile and frequently break in transit. The active compound is distributed uniformly throughout the powder, so whether you receive a solid puck, chunks, or dust, you have the same amount of peptide. Proceed with your normal reconstitution protocol.
Bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol) is the standard solvent for lyophilized peptide reconstitution in laboratory settings — it inhibits microbial growth and maintains sample integrity. Always use sterile, laboratory-grade solvents.
Store reconstituted peptides at 2–8°C, protected from light, for up to ~30 days. For extended storage, aliquot and freeze at −20°C prior to reconstitution. Follow proper laboratory storage protocols.
Standard laboratory sterile technique: disinfect the vial septum with 70% isopropyl alcohol, use sterile syringes and needles, work in a clean environment, and follow institutional biosafety protocols. Proper PPE (gloves, lab coat) is required.
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships, so you can monitor delivery status in real time.
Email jake@redhelixresearch.com within 48 hours of the delivery date with clear photos of any damage and your order number, and retain all packaging. We'll file a carrier claim; if approved we may issue a replacement of the same item at our discretion. A broken lyophilized puck is not considered damage — it's normal transit behavior and the product is fully usable.
Kit orders are 10-vial wholesale bundles fulfilled through a separate channel, so they ship separately with their own tracking and may arrive at a different time. This separation is what lets us pass wholesale savings on to you. If you ordered both single vials and a kit, expect two deliveries.
Yes. All packages are plain-wrapped with no identifying marks, under a generic business sender name. No packing materials reference peptides or research chemicals.
Each COA includes HPLC purity percentage, molecular-weight verification, identity confirmation via mass spec, the batch number, the testing date, and third-party lab details. Full reports are available to review.
Yes. All COAs are from accredited third-party labs, and you can contact the lab directly to verify a report. We never fabricate or misrepresent testing.
Yes. We require ≥98% purity for every batch. Minor variation (98–99.5%) is normal for research chemistry, but every batch exceeds our minimum standard.
Yes. If you have concerns about a batch, contact us and we can arrange retesting through our lab partners. We stand behind the quality of every peptide we sell.
Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC), Zelle, and credit/debit card via Square — choose your method at checkout. For crypto and Zelle you'll receive payment instructions by email and your order is prepared once payment is confirmed; card payments are processed instantly (a small card-processing fee applies).
Yes. We use encryption and secure processing, and we never share customer data. See our Policies page for complete details.
Yes. You'll receive an order confirmation immediately after purchase and a detailed receipt once the order ships.
All sales are final — we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Research peptides are sensitive compounds and we cannot verify storage conditions if returned. The only exception is an order confirmed lost or damaged in transit by the carrier; contact us within 48 hours with photos. See our Policies page for full details.
Our peptides are sold for laboratory research purposes only and are not approved for human consumption. Legality varies by location; researchers are responsible for compliance with applicable laws.
No. Research peptides are not FDA approved for human use. They are sold strictly for laboratory research and scientific study. Not for human consumption.
Users assume all responsibility for the use of research peptides. Red Helix Research is not liable for any consequences of misuse, improper handling, or non-research applications.
You must be 21+ to order, and we verify age at checkout. By purchasing you confirm you're 21+, understand the research-only use, and accept all liability.
